License to operate granted to UPSCALE SRL for the development, production and commercialization of the concept and derivative products and services under the names THE LOOP SHOW, THE LOOP METHOD or THE LOOP OS. Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited. All elements of the site and of the application (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, methodologies, canvases, deliverable templates and code) are protected by intellectual property law. Any use, reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from UPSCALE SRL is prohibited. Service license: access to Looping is granted to the user on a personal and non-exclusive basis, for their own entrepreneurial use. The user retains ownership of the content and deliverables they produce through the service. The user shall not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the methodology or the tools without written agreement from UPSCALE SRL.

Data controller: UPSCALE SRL - david@upscale.be. Data processed: identity and contact data (name, email address), profile data (project idea, stage, preferences), content produced in the application (messages, deliverables) and technical connection data (including via Google or Apple). Purposes: provision and improvement of the service, entrepreneurial support, persistent assistant memory, account security and communication with the user. Legal basis: performance of the contract (service delivery), consent (communications) and legitimate interest (security and improvement). Recipients and subprocessors: Supabase (hosting and database), Anthropic (Looping AI assistant), Google and Apple (authentication). Some processing may involve transfers outside the European Union, framed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Retention period: data is kept for the duration of service use, then [duration - to be completed] after account closure, unless otherwise legally required. Your rights: you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to david@upscale.be.
